Munchkins



Hello there lovelies! Wow it’s been a while huh?  I’m glad to be back nonetheless. 

A tad bit late but I wanted to share some of the deserts I made for thanksgiving dinner. I think out of all the thanksgiving dinners I put extra effort on these yummy deserts. Part is because for the past few months I haven’t been able to bake, so when thanksgiving time came around I went a bit crazy. I spent a whole day baking these munchkins, and I never do this…ever.  So this is a milestone for me, guys. It was awesome I had my Pandora playlist blasting and a whole kitchen to myself.  I mean what else can a girl ask for! 

Bite Size Pecan Pies

(Crust was store bought, I just cut them accordingly)
 
Now, with these mini pecan bites I struggled a tad. I followed the first link with the exception of burbon( I replaced it with vanilla). But when it came to adding the cream, I froze. I had no cream whatsoever, so being the risk taker that I am *cough cough* I followed the other recipe. It worked out perfectly, thankfully.

For these little munchkins I decided to add a recess pieces topping,
1 cup of recess pieces
1 tsp of chocolate syrup

Blend the ingredients together
Yumm.
